I started my career as a copywriter, my area of ​​training. I worked in several agencies in Rio de Janeiro, always in the creative area. I had my own agency for almost two decades, G2 Publicidade.

But my vocation has always been to deal with people. And therefore, destiny took me to the world of business training, through Empretec. And, since 1998, I never left.

I have traveled all over Brazil and the world training entrepreneurs, always with a behavioral focus. Argentina, South Africa, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, India Zambia were some of the places where I left my legacy.

We are a family owned and operated business that has been in the business for over 30 years.

I also taught at the MBA in Business Management and Competitive Intelligence, both at UNIRIO and ESPM-RJ.

Today I am also a Results Consultant for the Desafio Empreendedor program, present in more than 14 Brazilian states and also in the USA.
